Warranty policy

Warranty and exclusions.

We guarantee our customers the removable SafetyKids fences for manufacturing defects for a period of 10 years from the date of purchase.

SafetyKids does NOT guarantee the fence and its components in cases such as:

• Incorrect use or allocating the elements for any purpose other than protecting the pool.
• Exceptional weather phenomena.
• La instalación.
• Damage caused by objects that impact the fence such as furniture garden, tools, trees, etc.

In the event of an anomaly, SafetyKids will verify that it is a product defect, after which the corresponding repair or replacement will be carried out. If it is determined that the damage was intentional or due to improper use, the application of this guarantee will not proceed.
