Return for product damaged during transport
Upon receipt of the order, if damages are observed in the packaging, reject the merchandise.
To claim the carrier's insurance, please check the merchandise immediately since once received we have a limited time to report the appearance of hidden damage not observed in the download.

Return for defective product
If a product arrives damaged, we will send you a new product, Safetykids will bear all the extra transport costs that may arise.
To do this, contact us by email info@safetykids.es as soon as possible, clearly indicating what the problem is and attaching a photograph of the damaged product.
We will not accept any exchange or return if you have not previously contacted us to let us know.
Return for wrong product
If one or more products received do not correspond to your order, SafetyKids will pick up the wrong product at the indicated address and deliver the correct one at no extra cost, provided that the product has not been used, altered or tampered with, and is kept in perfect conditions the original packaging.
To do this, contact us by email info@safetykids.es within a maximum period of 7 business days from receipt of the order. We will not accept any exchange or return if you have not previously contacted us to let us know.
Return for defective product
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 calendar days without the need for justification
The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day that you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us at the email address info@safetykids.es of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement attaching the following information:
I hereby inform you that I am withdrawing from my contract for the sale of the following good:
- Order No. (reference):
- Date of receipt of the order and invoice number:
- Client name and Client address:
To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication regarding the exercise by you of this right is sent before the corresponding period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
In the event of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs and additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery and collection method other than the less expensive mode of ordinary delivery than we offer.
We will proceed to make said reimbursement using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; In any case, you will not incur any expenses because of the reimbursement.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods and verified their status.
You must return or deliver the goods directly to us at the address that we will indicate once we have received your decision to withdraw from the contract, without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on to notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
You will only be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from a manipulation other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and operation of the goods.
Returns of custom-made or custom-made items will not be accepted.
SafetyKids reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent outside the established deadlines or articles that are not in the same conditions in which they were received by the customer.
SafetyKids reserves the right not to return the full amount paid if the product is considered to have suffered a depreciation (example: the item is not returned in its original packaging, or it is in poor condition or parts are missing).
